1. Who is who

The software's authors and maintainers do not operate this installation, have no access to this server or the data stored on it, and are not party to the relationship between the operator and you. Any request about use, billing, support or data must be addressed to the operator.

2. What the system does

senaiaCRM organizes service and sales: it receives and sends messages through the channels the operator connects, records contacts and deals, and lets artificial intelligence agents serve alongside people, under the rules the operator configures.

3. Your account

Access is personal. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for what is done with your account. Administrator accounts require two-step verification. Tell the operator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

By using this system, you agree not to:

• send unsolicited bulk messages, or circumvent opt-out requests;
• use customer data for a purpose other than the one it was collected for;
• attempt to access data belonging to another organization hosted on this installation;
• breach the terms of connected services, such as the messaging platform's rules.

The system respects stop requests sent by customers: anyone who asks to stop receiving messages is automatically blocked from sends.

5. Content and data

The data entered here — contacts, conversations, deals, files — belongs to the operator and to the people it refers to. The processing of that data is described in the Privacy Policy .

Replies generated by artificial intelligence may contain errors. They do not replace human review in decisions involving price, deadlines, health, credit or legal obligations.

6. Availability and warranties

Este sistema roda em servidor do operador e depende de serviços de terceiros para funcionar. O software é distribuído “como está”, sem garantia de funcionamento ininterrupto ou de adequação a uma finalidade específica. Interrupções, falhas de terceiros e perda de dados por causas fora do controle do operador não geram obrigação de indenizar, salvo quando a lei determinar.

7. Termination

The operator may suspend or terminate your access if these terms are breached. You may request the closure of your account at any time. Closing access does not automatically delete service records, which follow the retention rules described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

The operator may update these terms. Relevant changes must be announced before they take effect.
